Trustee Meeting in October Provided Time for Committee Meetings

During the October 1998 Board of Trustees meeting, the agenda set aside time for the Trustee Committees to discuss their projects and plans. Much of MTM's business and creative direction come from the committees, which are on-going all year long. The committees function via telephone and e-mail on a regular basis but come together only twice a year.

The Trustee meetings provide committee chairs important time to keep the committee members informed of what is going on in the committee. Also, this is when new trustees are introduced to their committee chairs and become involved with the basic mission of MTM.
