The Celebration Banquets have an added benefit. Long time friends can warmly greet each other again. Kathleen Chandler, Charles' mother, and Mavis Hardy, a retired missionary, had a long overdue meeting.
Michael Brooks said that the MTM Wellness Retreat had been life changing for him, learning more about forgiving others, and himself. He explained he has a new confidence rooted in the realities of God's grace. "I realize now that there can be a new chapter after a bad experience."

The Trustee members have committee meetings during the Trustee Board meetings. The members of the Support Services Committee are Vice Chair David Meyers, Douglas Clark and Hunter Hill.
