Communicating - The Education
and Communication Division shows ministers, churches and denominations ways to improve
church-minister relations through building strong initial foundations, healthy dispute
resolutions and mediation.
Advocating — The Dispute Resolution
Division develops church-minister covenants which outline procedures in the event of
separation. Ministers and churches adopt these covenants as tenures begin.
Reclaiming — The Personal Wellness Division
offers spiritual and emotional support for ministers and their spouses during the
involuntary separation experience.
Equipping — The Assistance Division seeks
to help find sources to administer emergency funds for ministers and their families after
involuntary separation without adequate compensation.
