Frank D. Davis
Frank is the founder and former managing partner of Integrated Solutions Management, Inc. This consulting firm is dedicated to helping organizations improve their business processes. Frank spent twenty-nine years with IBM in technical and management positions. He and his wife, Ann, have two adult children. One of Frank's pastimes is raising Brangus breeding cattle.

Jim O'Dillon
Jim and his wife, Kathy, reside with their two daughters, Deena and Kristen, in Mobile, Alabama. Jim is serving as Minister of Discipleship at Spring Hill Baptist Church. You may recall that Jim appeared in the August edition of The Servant in the article entitled Watching My Brook Dry Up. Jim graduated from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary with two masters degrees in Religious Education and Church Music.
