Thank You From a MTM Retreat Participant

Dear Charles:

I want to thank you for the wonderful retreat. Since returning home, I've been in contact with a denominational person and looking at how we can assist pastors who are experiencing a forced termination. I will be meeting with them this week and passing on some of the materials you gave us during the retreat. The retreat helped me gain a new perspective of myself and how "power people" can manipulate and intimidate others who are afraid to speak up. Pass The Power Please has been an expecially helpful book. I have taken another look at my style of ministry and feel God is leading my wife and me in a new direction. Thanks again for all you are doing to help pastors deal with issues of conflict with compassion, understanding, and regaining their self-esteem.
